Membership into the Law Dawgs Motorcycle Club is that of an application process where prospective members must be voted in by the club's executive board. This is how this club conducts it's quality control. Simply, like one of the Marine Corps' advertisements stated: "Quality, not quantity." True, there may be a lot of other motorcycle clubs out there for Marines and law enforcement officers, but this club is very selective about who joins. Not just anyone can join. First a person must be invited to join by one of the founding members, then an application can be submitted. The application must be unanimously approved and voted on by the executive board. The Law Dawgs Motorcycle Club holds its members to a high set of moral standards and personal character.

If you are either an active duty Marine, former Marine, law enforcement officer (active/reserve or retired), or both you are eligible to be a member of our organization.

Being in either category qualifies you to be a member. You do not have to be both. If you are, great, but not a requirement.

For law enforcement officers, eligibility requirements are that you either be retired from an agency, presently employed by an official law enforcement agency or serving in a reserve capacity to an agency. If any law enforcement official has any prior military service, an honorable discharge from his service is required.

Additionally, as of September 25, 2004, the Law Dawgs Motorcycle Club International is now including U.S. Navy Corpsmen and U.S. Navy Chaplains who served honorably or who are still serving with the Fleet Marine Force as eligible candidates for membership into our organization.

The Law Dawgs Motorcycle Club does not require that you ride strictly an "American" made motorcycle. All brands of "cruiser" type motorcycles are welcome. At least 600 cc or higher, and we welcome women wanting to join our club.
